@Ask_Spectrum Yes. And they were unable to tell me whether or not the store on Austin street in queens ny is a full service mobile store that does iPhone battery replacement. The only way to find out is to go there. It’s 2019.

@GetSpectrum My internet never works well. Spectrum sends a tech out who says I need “pods”. Took them 2 months to get them to me. I’ve got them but my internet is still crap. Spectrum is garbage. I’m going back to direct tv. This is horrible.
